Minitec d.o.o. is a Slovenian company specializing in the development of innovative automation solutions for production processes across a wide range of industries since 2007.
Our goal is to enhance your production by making it faster, more efficient, and aligned with the evolving standards of modern industry. Thanks to our extensive experience and adaptable approach, we serve as a trusted partner in improving productivity and strengthening market competitiveness.
Our journey began with the support of the renowned German company Minitec GmbH, whose name and product portfolio we adopted. A key element of our success is our proprietary aluminum profile system, Art of Simplicity — a modular solution designed for ease of use, cost-efficiency, and maximum flexibility to meet diverse customer needs.
We specialize in delivering comprehensive solutions in mechanical engineering — from initial design and custom-built production lines to on-site assembly and the programming of PLCs or robotic systems. Our team provides proven, reliable, and fully customized solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs. Backed by knowledge, experience, and passion, our experts are committed to delivering simple yet powerful results.
Our product portfolio supports these solutions with a wide range of components, including aluminum profile and linear systems, conveyor system parts, ergonomic workstation equipment, and safety components. As an official partner of the Italian manufacturer Minimotor, we also supply premium-quality electric motors.
In addition, we’ve developed two in-house brands:
Indupulse – industrial displays designed to perform in the most demanding environments, and
Kenzobox – modular outdoor kitchens created for those who value great food, time spent outdoors, and good company.

2007
- An experienced mechanical engineer, driven by enthusiasm and a clear vision, presented the concept to the German representative Minitec GmbH, marking the beginning of the Minitec Slovenia story.
- The core idea was to introduce a strong product portfolio and high-quality industrial solutions to Slovenia, where competition was limited.
- Founding team: Peter Žagar, Rok Žagar, Matjaž Gostenčnik, and Minitec GmbH.
2008
- Opened the company’s first office space in Šempeter.
- Production and warehousing continued in a small home workshop in Griže.
- All tasks were performed by a dedicated team of three employees, supported by family and friends.
2009
- First company presentations at the IFAM fair in Ljubljana and the International Industry Fair – Forma Tool in Celje.
- After just two years of operation, we reached 50% of our competitors’ revenue — a strong confirmation that choosing the independent path was the right decision.
2010-2012
- We overcame challenging economic times and continued to grow, expanding our workforce across both production and administrative departments.
2013
- Relocation of production and offices under one roof with the purchase of new business premises in Celje.
2014
- Successfully expanded sales operations into the Croatian market.
- Appointed a dedicated sales representative to drive growth and enhance customer engagement in the Adriatic region.
2015-2016
- Secured a partnership with MiniMotor to distribute and promote their products across Slovenia and the former Yugoslavian markets.
2017
- Celebrated the company’s 10th anniversary with employees, their families, and business partners.
- Team grew to 18 employees.
- Expanded office space to accommodate growth.
2018 - 2019
- Expanded manufacturing capacity by building a new production hall.
- Invested in advanced equipment, including a lathe, CNC machine, welding table, and dust extraction system.
- Relocated machinery to the new production facility.
- Expanded logistics capabilities with the addition of two new delivery trucks.
2020
- Complete exterior renovation with a fresh new look in Minitec’s signature brand colors.
- Successfully navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and compliance with health regulations.
- Expanded product portfolio to include hygiene protection solutions and sanitizer dispensers.
- Implemented a digital transformation by introducing the new Pantheon ERP system.
- Further expanded the vehicle fleet with an additional delivery truck.
2021-2022
- Strengthening the team with skilled electrical engineers and PLC programmers.
- Acquisition of Eplan software for electrical design.
- Successful acquisition of more complex projects.
2023
- Proudly achieved ISO 9001 certification.
- Designed our own modular outdoor kitchen brand, Kenzobox.
- Celebrated the first retirement within the company.
2024
- Introduced our own brand, Indupulse – industrial touch panel computers.
- Complete upgrade of office equipment and computers.
- Successfully renewed ISO 9001 certification.
- Expanded our team to 27 employees.
- As part of the EU Next Generation project and in collaboration with ABB, we delivered 30 advanced robotic cells with collaborative robots to Slovenian technical schools.
2025
- In February, the new Indupulse brand website went live.
- Complete redesign of the Minitec website.
