We are looking to welcome a candidate with experience in mechanical design to join our team. We seek a motivated and proactive individual with an innovative mindset, ready to co-create engineering solutions and contribute to the company’s growth. Our company collaborates with leading Slovenian firms across various industries, and we are looking for someone who is eager to take on technical challenges and values precision and quality in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and developing products in line with technical requirements.
- Independent mechanical design using SolidWorks.
- Preparing, verifying, and updating technical documentation (drawings, BOMs).
- Creating material and component requisitions.
- Collaborating with technology, programming, and production departments.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in design and production processes.
- Actively participating in the development of new products and technical solutions.
Required Education
- Higher or university degree in mechanical engineering or other technical field.
What We Expect
- Relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical components and materials.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and other CAD tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Category B driver’s license.
- Responsible, independent, precise, and proactive approach.
- Team spirit and a positive mindset.
- Willingness to adopt innovations in processes and technology.
