We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and acquire new wholesale customers.
- Drive sales initiatives with initiative and independence.
- Monitor industry trends among customers and competitors.
- Prepare proposals using Pantheon business software.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Develop and update price lists.
- Draft contracts following company procedures.
- Prepare documentation for public tenders.
- Analyze market pricing and monitor pricing policies.
- Spot new business opportunities early in customer projects and inquiries.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings and trade fairs.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
What We Expect:
- Proven experience in a similar sales role.
- Proficiency in Croatian (speaking, reading, writing).
- Good command of English or German (speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Valid category B driver’s license.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of electrical and automation process technologies.
- Responsible, independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Positive mindset with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
